To place an order, please fill out all required form fields with as much accuracy and detail as possible. Missing or incomplete information may cause processing delays.

 

Payment: All shipping orders must be pre-paid. Pick-up orders may be paid in-person during reception hours only. Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email invoice with a link to pay online (all major credit cards and Interac e-transfer accepted). 

 

Processing Times: Once we've received your payment, we will fill the order as soon as possible. Typical processing time is between 2 and 4 business days. 

 

Urgent Orders: If your order is urgent, please select the option in the contact field. Urgent orders will incur a 15% service charge and will be processed by the following business day after receiving payment (barring any circumstances outside of our control). 

 

Pick-up Orders: Customers will receive an email with instructions and current pick-up hours once the order is ready. 

 

Shipping: Delivery times are subject to terms and conditions of Canada Post. Tracking number will be provided when your package ships. Please view our pricing page for current rates.

 

Practitioners: If you are a prescribing practitioner submitting a formula on behalf of a patient, please use this form instead.
